Though hailing from St. Louis, Pat McNally knows the real estate scene all around the Lake of the Ozarks like the back of his hand! He first moved to the region in 1975 and since then has gone on to pioneer several marketing and client-service projects that have made him the go-to man when it comes to realty solutions in and around the Lake of the Ozarks region.
Marianne Holtz has been a resident of the Lake of the Ozarks since 2006. She is a licensed real estate agent at McNally Properties. She has earned a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology.
Marianne works as an administrator at McNally Properties in conjunction as a salesperson and actively participates in both listing and closing coordination as well as market strategies and advertising designs.
She has a passion for dream homes, farms, and land with historic stories. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and exploring the lake area, kayaking and all hunting and fishing related activities.
Marianne and her husband are business owners in Osage Beach and enjoy the growing community. Raising her family in the Lake of the Ozarks is absolutely wonderful, she states, as there are so many lake community activities and excelling school districts.
Realtor Jamie Smith, the newest member of the McNally Properties crew, brings exceptional experience in the housing industry and the area to his new position.
Smith, a Lebanon native, has worked in the home construction business and built many of his own homes. That gives him particular insight into matching clients with residential properties. An avid hunter, he has a special interest in rural estate and hunting properties. Smith says his work ethic and focus on client needs will be important positives for his clients.
When it comes to hunting properties and farms, Smith is anxious to begin taking clients on tours. “I love to hunt myself and have traveled extensively to do so as well as having a lifetime of experience in the Ozarks,” Smith said. “I’m really looking forward to showing the exceptional hunting properties we have available.”
Smith, his wife and children are active members of the lake community.
McNally Properties owner and broker Pat McNally says Jamie will be a huge asset to the company’s sellers and buyers. “Jamie is a hard worker and a really personable guy,” McNally said. “His knowledge of the area, construction and hunting properties will serve our clients well.”
